1. About the service

SAYUZ is a directory of verified vendors and services for communities in Russia. We help you find reliable people and businesses, but we are not a party to any transaction between users and vendors.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your phone number or via Telegram. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Vendors & verification

Vendors are moderated by our team. A verification badge reflects the level of review completed, but is not a guarantee. Always use your own judgement when transacting.

4. Reviews & content

Reviews are published after moderation. Abuse, spam, false information and any unlawful content are prohibited. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

5. Liability

SAYUZ provides the platform “as is”. We are not responsible for the quality of vendors’ goods or services. Disputes are resolved between the user and the vendor.
